Painting or staining the exterior surfaces of a home or business, either remodeling or new construction, requires
much up front consideration and decision making. The items listed below are only a few of the decisions to be made:

		How to properly prepare the exterior surface for coating?

		Powerwash most exterior surfaces such as brick, concrete block, vinyl, stucco, wood, log and many other types
		of siding, patio and porch slabs, driveways, walkways, decks, fences, and many others.
		Powerwashing will greatly improve the appearance of a surface, often causing it to appear much as it did when
		new. It will substantially reduce the deterioration of a surface caused by weather, dirt, wear, acid rain and other forces if performed on a regular basis. Powerwashing is also necessary to properly prepare a surfaced for paint, staining, and many other finishing operations. Without this essential step, paint and other finishes might not adhere properly causing the new finish to have a poor appearance, and to fail much sooner than it should.
